Chicago Penthouse

Chicago, IL

A dramatic color consultancy project for a penthouse unit situated on the 87th floor of Trump Tower in Chicago spanning half a floor at 10,000+ square feet.

Working closely alongside the owner, we collaborated on-site developing and testing color palettes alongside the material and finishes selections throughout creating a cohesive and unique color story. One of the key decisions in the color consultancy process was to highlight the portals in a charcoal color to create impact in the entrance hall. We complemented the black accents and charcoal portal color in the entrance hall, living room, and dining room with an old-world muddy neutral wrapping the walls, millwork, and ceiling color to create depth, balance, and continuity.
