We understand how FF&E can make or break a project and feel our passion; specialty in color; extensive experience working within the luxury market across residential and commercial projects gives us a unique expertise to assist on any project type large or small. We integrate ourselves into your workflow by working alongside you and your team in-person or virtually. We can be a partner from the beginning to the end of the project; parallel projects already in process; or as a collaborative step after a concept and floor plans have been defined. We pride ourselves in our collaborative approach, flexibility, and ability to design across many styles.

Capabilities

We can provide interior design construction document sets or drawings as required consisting of: FF&E specification; floor plans; furniture plans; finish plans; elevations; millwork drawings; rendered plans; 3D renderings and accompanying schedules.

Collaborating Together

We initially meet with you to understand the project goals, scope, and timeline to ensure we can support the project and align on the desired outcome. Once we have determined we would be a good fit for your project, we will provide a project proposal to review and sign off on.

Procurement & Installation

We partner with top-tier furniture dealers and receivers to coordinate the procurement, storage, and installation of all the FF&E specifications for the project. 

Once we have identified and selected the right partners for the project, we stay engaged with them throughout the entirety of the project ensuring they are updated on any specification or timeline changes. 

When it is time for the installation, we meet the receiver on-site with our team and work alongside them to direct furniture and material locations to ensure all the pieces match the final design.
