The Collins Quarter at Forsyth Park
Savannah, GA
“The Collins Quarter at Forsyth Park” in Savannah, GA is the restaurant’s second location within the city, located in one of the most iconic and charming parks in the American South, “Forsyth Park”.
The restaurant was designed to be convertible and welcoming to accommodate a wide variety of people from early morning joggers grabbing a coffee at the “to-go coffee window”, to tourists and regulars grabbing a quick to-go item from the pastry case to brunch-goers wanting to stay a while, and to late night diners having dinner or a cocktail.
The 2,200 sq. ft. restaurant and outdoor terrace occupies a former fort that served the Georgia National Guard, dating back over 100 years. In addition to the main restaurant, public bathrooms owned and operated by the City of Savannah were remodeled to welcome both the public and patrons alike.
