Dulany Industries Corporate Headquarters

Located in the Thomas Square Historic Streetcar Neighborhood, Dulany Industries added a new 3,000 sq. ft. Scandinavian-inspired office adjacent to their flagship corporate office housing their accounting team.

The building was completely gutted down to the studs creating a blank canvas to achieve all of the programming requirements within the interior, including seven offices, a conference room, two bathrooms, and a cafe-inspired break room. New large windows were added along the corridor and north end of the building which flood the interior with natural light and create a bright and airy environment.

To maintain and optimize the natural light within the corridor and break room, the seven private offices were situated along the west side of the building opposite the east-facing windows and have glass enclosures framed in maple wood to allow for light to pass through.

The interiors were designed to be seamless, inspiring, playful, and relaxing through a focused material and finish palette and beautiful furniture, lighting, fixtures, and finishes throughout.
